Registration Instructions

Page 1: Main Page. Agree to the terms, check box. 

Very Important to do before you move on. Print and fill out waive forms if you do not  have a copy already “Before Registering” tab.. Forms will need to be uploaded in a PDF or  JPEG on page 3. Parent and player must sign. No electronic signatures. If you take a photo,  it must be clear and able to read (higher resolution). It might be easiest to register by  smartphone.

Page 3: Lodging Confirmation : Check “Yes” 

Page 4: Parent Guardian Information 

Upload Form. There is a link to print them out there also.
Agree to the terms. Three boxes to check. 

Page 5: Registration Review 

There is no payment due at this time. The total cost will show $400 but $250  will be donated to players by the Football ASB and Booster Club.

You will receive an email confirmation
