Parent and player must sign. No electronic signatures. If you take a photo,  it must be clear and able to read (higher resolution). It might be easiest to register by  smartphone.

There is no payment due at this time. The total cost will show $400 but $250  will be donated to players by the Football ASB and Booster Club.
